Information for Sponsors & Exhibitors

Logo, Graphics and Web Link

Many of you have sent your logos and web link to us for the website and/or other 31 Media activities so we have used the most current logo we hold on the website: http://www.softwaretestingawards.com. If this logo is incorrect please send the new logo to JJ Jordan [email protected] and the website will be amended.


Any revised logos should be sent in the following 2 formats

1. Logo to work on a white / light background

2. Logo to work on a black / dark background


If you do not have an .eps version of your logo then please supply your logo on a transparent background and saved as a layered Photoshop or tiff file. This format of file must be at least 300 dpi in resolution with a minimum dimension of 100mm and saved in CMYK. Thank you if you have already done so.


For the purposes of consistency, we will represent you as your company name (not product name) on any literature, promotional items, floor plans, where your logo is not used.



Exhibition at The European Software Testing Summit

As per your package, you have a stand area of 3m x 2m (of which 3m x 1m is for the placement of a branded pop up stand). A table and chairs will be provided by the venue. Should you not have a branded pop up stand we can arrange this for you from the creation of artwork through to the delivery of the stand itself – additional costs will apply.


If you have not only ready done so please email: [email protected] with the names of the individuals attending no later than 1st November 2016. Should you wish to bring additional members of staff they can be accommodated although there will be a cost of £170 + VAT per person for a two day pass.

Set-up & Breakdown

The European Software Testing Summit is held at etc.venues, 51-53 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8HN.


Set up is between 2pm – 5pm on Tuesday 15 November. Please note, for safety reasons, we will require the names of all exhibitors accessing the venue on Tuesday 15 November for set up.


Breakdown is from the close of the event at 5pm on Wednesday 16 November and 6:30pm; exhibition hall must be cleared by 6:30pm sharp.


If you are packaging items to be collected from the venue the next day, Thursday 17th November, then you will need to package and clearly label all items with a return address.


Please ensure your stand is not broken down before the times provided.



Transport, Accommodation, Parking

There are several public car parks nearby the venue, and the Hatton Garden CSP, located just across the road, sees special rates of £18/day, or £10/4 hours for European Software Testing Summit visitors.


Our accommodation booking service is provided by Crème Conferences, who have arranged an allocation of rooms to be held at hotels near the venue. Special rates have been negotiated and are only available if booked through Crème Conferences either online or email it to us at: [email protected] or calling us on +44 (0) 1480 479 384. Book early to avoid disappointment.


All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed to you via email.



Screen Hire

If you would like a 50” LCD screen with a stand (with or without shelf) + installation + delivery & collection + 5 m VGA cable, one day hire for £500 + VAT


Please note any screen hire costs must be paid in full prior to the event

Please advise that we cannot guarantee any trolleys or cages to transport items into the space from the entrance. You should bring your own trolleys or cages or ensure that there is enough manpower to carry any items.
